1) Overview

This website and our official channels (together, the “Platform”) are operated by Symoru Jewellery (“Symoru,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting the Platform and/or purchasing from us, you (“you,” “user,” “customer”) engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), including additional terms, policies, and notices referenced or linked here (e.g., Refund/Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

• Age: You must be 18+ or using the Platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
• Updates: We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

2) Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have parental consent for any minor dependents using the Platform.

You must not use our products or Services for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable laws. You must not transmit malware, worms, or destructive code. Any breach may result in immediate termination of Services and potential legal action.

3) General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Content (excluding payment data) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks and adapted to technical requirements. Payment card data is always encrypted in transit (payments are processed by Razorpay).

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our prior written permission. Headings are for convenience and do not limit these Terms.

4) Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness

Information on the Platform is provided for general guidance. While we aim for accuracy, materials may not always be current or complete. We may modify contents at any time without obligation to update. Your reliance on Platform materials is at your own risk.

5) Modifications to Service and Prices

Product prices and availability may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part/content) at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for such changes.

6) Products & Services

Some items may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Returns/exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy (Symoru approves returns only for damage or size issues, subject to timelines and evidence requirements).

We strive to display product colors and details accurately; however, minor variations can occur due to photography and display settings.

• Logistics: Orders are fulfilled via Shipmozo.
• Payments: Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store full card details.

7) Billing & Account Information

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including limits on quantities per person/household/account or per payment method/address. If we change or cancel an order, we may notify you via the contact details provided at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and promptly update details (email, phone, billing/shipping addresses, and payment info) so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

8) Optional Tools & Third-Party Services

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Use of such tools is at your own risk and you should review the third party’s terms.

We may introduce new features/services in the future; such additions will also be subject to these Terms.

The Platform may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content and are not liable for materials, products, or services of third parties. Review their policies before engaging in any transaction.

10) User Content, Feedback & Submissions

If you send ideas, designs, proposals, reviews, or other materials to us (collectively, “Comments”), you grant Symoru a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and adapt such Comments in any media. We have no obligation to (1) keep Comments confidential, (2) pay compensation, or (3) respond.

You represent that your Comments do not infringe any third-party rights and will not contain unlawful/abusive/obscene content or malware. You may not use a false email or mislead us or others as to the origin of any Comments. You remain solely responsible for your submissions.

11) Intellectual Property (Copyrights & Trademarks)

All content on the Platform—text, graphics, photographs, product images, video, icons, logos, brand elements, and software (collectively, “Symoru Materials”)—is owned by or licensed to Symoru and protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may view, download, or print one copy for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Any other use (copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, displaying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works) is prohibited without our prior written consent.
• All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed are the property of Symoru or their respective owners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12) Privacy & Communications

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to receive transactional and informational communications from us via email, SMS, and WhatsApp (e.g., order updates, shipment tracking, policy changes). You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications as described in our Privacy Policy.

13) Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally there may be typographical errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct, change, or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after order submission).

14) Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions stated herein, you must not use the Platform or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts;
• To violate laws/regulations (including IP laws);
• To infringe our or others’ IP, privacy, or personal rights;
• To harass, abuse, defame, insult, harm, threaten, or discriminate;
