SYMORU TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Overview
This website and our official channels (together, the “Platform”) are operated by Symoru Jewellery (“Symoru,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting the Platform and/or purchasing from us, you (“you,” “user,” “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), including additional policies referenced here such as the Refund/Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Product prices and availability may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for such changes.
6. Products and Services
- Some items may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.
- Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Returns are approved only for damage or size issues, subject to timelines and required evidence.
- We strive to display product colors accurately; however, minor variations may occur due to photography and screen settings.
- We may limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction and may limit quantities per order.
- Logistics: Orders are fulfilled via Shipmozo.
- Payments: Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store full card details.
7. Billing and Account Information
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including limits per person, household, account, payment method, or address. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update your details. 8. Optional Tools and Third-Party Services
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Use of such tools is at your own risk. New features or services introduced in the future will also be subject to these Terms.

10. User Content, Feedback, and Submissions
If you send ideas, designs, reviews, or other materials (“Comments”), you grant Symoru a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, and distribute such Comments.
We are not obligated to keep Comments confidential, pay compensation, or respond. You confirm your Comments do not violate any third-party rights and do not contain unlawful or harmful content. You are solely responsible for your submissions.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, images, logos, and software (“Symoru Materials”), is owned by or licensed to Symoru and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may download or print one copy for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Any other use, including copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works, is prohibited without prior written consent.
- All trademarks and logos are the property of Symoru or their respective owners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Symoru and its affiliates from any claims or demands arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or us. We may terminate access immediately if you breach any Terms. You remain liable for all amounts due up to the termination date.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Symoru.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
