We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across India through our trusted partner Shipmozo.

• You can check delivery availability by entering your pincode at the checkout page.
• If your location is currently not serviceable, we sincerely apologise — our logistics network is expanding rapidly to reach you soon.

Please note: Each order can be shipped to one address only. To deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

💰 Shipping Charges

We believe in transparent and fair shipping, ensuring you get maximum value for your purchase.

• Free Shipping on all orders worth ₹350 or above.
• For orders below ₹350, a small shipping fee of ₹50 to ₹100 will apply, depending on your delivery location.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Each Symoru creation undergoes multiple quality, safety, and authenticity checks before dispatch.

• Every jewellery piece is placed in tamper-proof plastic pouches or zip-locks for protection.
• It is then housed in a signature Symoru jewellery box, designed to reflect the royal elegance of Rajasthan, ensuring a “Regal Unboxing Experience” every time.

Your order is then sealed and dispatched via Shipmozo’s secure logistics network to guarantee damage-free and verified delivery.

⏰ Delivery Timelines

• Standard delivery time: 5–7 working days from order confirmation.
• Delivery time may vary based on location, courier service availability, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics delays.
• In the rare event that delivery cannot be completed within the expected timeframe, your order may be cancelled, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

🪪 Identity Verification at Delivery

To ensure secure and authorized delivery, the Shipmozo delivery executive may request a valid government-issued photo ID in cases where:

• The order value is high, or
• The package is being collected by someone other than the original recipient.

📸 Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your order package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery:

1. Please do not accept the package.
2. Capture clear photos and a short unboxing video showing the condition of the parcel.
3. Notify us immediately at support@symoru.com or WhatsApp us at +91 96600 39960.

Our team will review the evidence and guide you through the return process.

Important:
• You must first return the damaged product to the official Symoru address provided by our support team.
• Once the returned product is received and verified, we will reimburse your complete return shipping cost along with your refund or replacement amount.
• This ensures transparency, fairness, and protection for both parties.
